Q In the textbook please complete Lab 6.1 at the end of Chapter 6. Once you have completed the lab please answer the questions located at the end of the lab under Using Your Results. Please type your responses and save under a File-Lab 6.1. You will only need to do the part of the lab that uses the weight scale and a tape measure to determine your BMI-Simply complete either the Body Mass Index Test or the Body Fat Distribution portion of the lab to be able to answer the "Using Your Results" questions. There is no need to complete the Skinfold Measurement/Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis/ or the US Navy Method of measuring Percent Fat part of the lab. Please share your score totals/results.
